Broken Links During Syncs

When a sync is running and a user clicks on a link they may receive a broken link message because the system is accessing the page and comparing it to the staging page to determine if the page needs to be updated.  If you click a link during a sync, please wait until the sync has completed and try the link again.

Viewing the Sync Schedule

If you are behind the state firewall you can view the Ektron Sync Schedule under the LOGIN button at http://staging.nv.gov on the right side.

Sync Schedule

We run syncs every 2 hours from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, another sync at 5:30 pm and a final sync at midnight every night.  If you can view the Sync Schedule please note if a sync is missing from the list (i.e., 8:30 am, 10:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm) that sync is running.  When the sync has completed it will re-appear on the page with the date and time of completion.

However, it does not provide a direct count of how many times your website has been translated or viewed in different languages through translation tools.

      PAGEVIEWS (hits)

To find out how many Pageviews (hits) a particular page has received open the analytics and go to BEHAVIOR > SITE CONTENT > ALL PAGES and then run a search (CTRL + F) for the particular page you are looking for.
