Ektron has a file size limit of 200MBs. This applies to documents, images, audio and video files.  The Web Enterprise Group does not recommend uploading any file larger than 50MB as anything larger may impact website page load speed, can provide a poor user experience or a complete inability to download the file or view the page for users who are on slower internet services like dial up connections.

What Type of Content Block Should Be Used When Adding an Image to different template areas?

Whether inserting a graphic on the homepage to the right of the slide or on a secondary template page in the body or in the left or right sidebars always use an HTML Content Block to avoid extra space above and below the image.

You cannot add an image directly to an area using metadata.  You must place the image in a content block or smart form and then add that to metadata.

My graphic (image or photo) has too much space before and after it. What can I do?

If you use one of the smart forms that allow you to add an image, it will have to much spacing before and after the graphic. Create your graphic in an HTML content block with no space above or below the image.

          Audio File Types Accepted
