When working in Ektron it is very important to strip out code from other programs. You may not realize it but when you copy text from Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the web or any other electronic or digital format there is a lot of code that is copied with it.
This can cause weird fonts, font-colors and sizes and other issues. To avoid this always use the PASTE AS PLAIN TEXT BUTTON
Resolution:
- Copy the everything in the paragraph copy field containing the strange font or font size.
- Open a new paragraph
copy field and
- make sure you use paste
as plain text to copy the bulleted items into the new paragraph copy field
- select the items you
want to be bullets
- click the bullet button
- delete the original
paragraph copy field with the bullets in it

are still getting a weird font at this point, email stateweb@it.nv.gov to have the issues corrected.
