Ektron Login Issues


When you log in to Ektron does it say 'Loading' but the site never loads?

Are you logging in with your username or your entire email address?

Your username is the portion of your email address prior to the @ symbol in your email address, not your entire email address.

Example: editor's email address is jssmith@admin.nv.gov, but the the editor's username is jssmith.

Do not log in to either Staging or Intra with your entire email address as this will cause you to see 'loading' in the Ektron workarea and the site will never load.

    If you receive an "LDAP Authentication" error
