Internet Explorer Display Issues Caused by Compatilbility Mode

Browser caching and Compatibility View Mode render some websites to be displayed incorrectly. As a result, some users of Internet Explorer reported experiencing issues with IE not correctly displaying some Ektron websites. This problem is an Internet Explorer issue, not an Ektron issue.

    View Site Without Compatibility Mode Turned On

    Please make sure you have cleared your browser cache using the appropriate procedure for the version of Internet Explorer you are using. If you use compatibility mode, please click this link to view the problem site without compatibility mode turned on. If the site still does not display correctly, please contact your agency IT technician and find out if a Compatibility View Group Policy has been applied at the agency level.

      Users in Agencies who have applied a Compatibility View Mode Group Policy may experience some websites displaying incorrectly. Ask your IT tech if there is an option to exclude some sites from being viewed in Compatibility View Mode.
