If stateweb needs to complete the posting for you, please send the request and any document directly to stateweb@it.nv.gov so we can create the helpdesk ticket to begin tracking your request, ensure remediation occurs, ensure items are posted in time to meet open meeting laws and other local, state and federal laws and deadlines. Sometimes, it may be necessary to post the items before they are remediated in order to meet the law, and replace it once it has been remediated. It is best stateweb receives requests as soon as possible and coordinates the posting from there due to our ever shifting workload and posting priorities.
When you are completing the posting yourself please send your document remediation requests directly to the Remediation group at ADAremediation@it.nv.gov as Michelle Tiscareno coordinates the workload for the the document remediation team and there will be no need for stateweb to be involved. They will remediate the documents and send them back to you for posting. Once you are able to purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro, take the ADA Remediation Group's Document Remediation classes and work with them until you feel comfortable remediating documents yourself.
