The Division of Information Technology Services (EITS) provides the follow Help desks to support the State of Nevada agencies and employees.
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | 24 x 7 for critical Needs
EITS HelpDesk: provides professional IT Customer Service to over 25,000+ State Employee’s, including all of the Department of Public Safety, by responding to customers’ issues, and resolving them immediately, or assigning tasks to the appropriate support agencies.

EITS currently uses IT Service Management (Formerly HEAT) "ITSM", this ticketing software is web based and has a custom portal for customers to login. All of our forms are expected to move over to ITSM over the year. Upon submitting your requests within the Self-Service portal customers will instantly receive a ticket number to reference. We are even allowing customers to submit directly to some EITS teams!

HR Help Desk: provides support for all HR Systems, which includes ADVANTAGE™-HR, HR Data Warehouse (HRDW), Payroll Data Warehouse (PRDW), NEATS/NVAPPS and the Online Professional Development Center (NVeLearn). Stateweb Support Helpdesk: provides support for all Web Sites within the State of Nevada Content Management System (CMS), and other website questions within the State of Nevada. Stateweb also assists State of Nevada users regarding ADA compliance issues.
