Don't know which browser you are using?

Google Chrome: is represented by a blue circle surrounded by a green, red and yellow circle Google Chrome Logo.  To determine the version you are using, open a browser window, go to the Settings menu represented by three horizontal bars in the top right corner of the screen under the 'X' that closes the window Chrome Settings Example > then choose "About Google Chrome".

    Mozilla Firefox: is represented by a round world icon in blue and orange Mozilla Firefox Browser Logo.  To determine the version you are using, open a browser window and go to the HELP menu and and select "About Firefox".

      Microsoft Edge is the replacement for Internet Explorer.  Older versions are represented by the icon Microsoft Edge Browser Logo, while the newest version is represented by the Microsoft Edge Latest Version New Logo.  To determine the version you are using, open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.  Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear. Select the Cached images and files check box and then select Clear.

        Internet Explorer is represented by the icon Internet Explorer Browser logo.  To determine the version you are using, open a browser window, go to the HELP menu > choose "About Internet Explorer".

          Safari (mostly on Apple products) is represented by a silver stopwatch with light blue face and red hands Safari Browser logo.  To determine the version you are using, open a browser window, go to the HELP menu and select "About Safari".

            Opera is represented by the icon Opera Browser  logo. To determine the version of the browser you are using, go to the HELP menu and select "About Opera".  If the menu is not available click Opera Browser  logo symbol in the top left corner of the screen and choose to view menu items.
