Don't know which browser you are using?
Google Chrome: is represented by a blue circle surrounded by a green, red and yellow circle 
. To determine the version you are using, open a browser window, go to the Settings menu represented by three horizontal bars in the top right corner of the screen under the 'X' that closes the window

Mozilla Firefox: is represented by a round world icon in blue and orange 
. To determine the version you are using, open a browser window and go to the HELP menu and and select "About Firefox".
Microsoft Edge is the replacement for Internet Explorer. Older versions are represented by the icon 
, while the newest version is represented by the 
. To determine the version you are using, open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear. Select the Cached images and files check box and then select Clear.
Internet Explorer is represented by the icon 
. To determine the version you are using, open a browser window, go to the HELP menu > choose "About Internet Explorer".
Safari (mostly on Apple products) is represented by a silver stopwatch with light blue face and red hands
